What the hell is a kit of parts?

AK-47 I bought a long time. This is a Preben, Romanian, who came with 2x 100 NSOR Tour 30 ammunition magazines, lifetime warranty, blah, blah, blah, for $ 400. After a few months later, I saw the ad in a magazine for a kit of parts with the same gun for about $ 200 (Receiving less). I spray with my business or what? What game pieces? Is this kit parts I need to go buy a receiver and put it together or just what the title says, and spare parts for my rifle? No, not "watered." Under federal law, the receiver is a firearm. The kit of "parts" you've seen is anything but a receiver and not so much a firearm. If you have purchased a kit of parts with intend to build a complete weapon, then you have to pay even more for a receiver. A kit of parts can be done without a license firarms, and will be mailed as not considered a firearm. There are all kinds of small lopholes like this at laws that make it beneficial firarms for a person to buy or sell a kit of parts. And if there a receiver, it is a firearm, so that with the mounting kit parts is legal.
